These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.vpprints.com and all services, products and transactions offered by Vibgyor Pixel Prints. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Customer is solely responsible for ownership of or valid licence for all artwork, designs, logos and content submitted for printing. By placing an order, the Customer indemnifies Vibgyor Pixel Prints from all intellectual property infringement claims.
Minor colour, shade and tone differences between digital proofs and final printed output are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Strict colour matching requires prior communication and may require a physical proof at additional cost.
All delivery timelines are indicative and subject to production capacity, material availability and logistics conditions. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners after shipment dispatch.
Advance payment may be required for customised orders before commencement of work. Payments accepted via Zoho Payments, bank transfer, RTGS/NEFT and UPI. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
Total liability of Vibgyor Pixel Prints shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

Vibgyor Pixel Prints ships across India subject to courier network availability. For remote areas, additional time or charges may apply. Confirm serviceability at the time of order placement.
Timelines depend on product type, order quantity, artwork complexity, material availability and payment receipt. Standard dispatch timelines for job work orders range from 2 to 7 working days. Specific timelines are confirmed in the quotation for each order.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover of the shipment to the courier partner. Once dispatched and a tracking number generated, Vibgyor Pixel Prints is not liable for damage, loss or delay caused by the logistics partner.
Tracking information and airway bill number will be shared via WhatsApp or email upon dispatch. Customers may track shipments directly through the courier partner using the provided tracking details.
Any damage, short supply or incorrect supply must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the outer packaging, contents and the specific defect. Claims after 48 hours may not be entertained.
Shipping charges are communicated at quotation or order confirmation stage. Charges vary based on weight, volume, destination and logistics partner selected.

All DTF, UV DTF, sublimation and customised merchandise orders are produced to Customer specifications and are generally non-refundable once production has commenced. Customers must confirm all artwork, colours, sizes and quantities before approving an order.
Refunds or replacements are considered only for verifiable manufacturing defects or incorrect supply, raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Minor colour variation is inherent to printing and does not constitute a defect.
Opened consumables (inks, films, powder, cartridges) are not eligible for return or refund. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days subject to prior written approval. Return shipping is borne by the Customer.
Printers and hardware are covered by manufacturer warranty. Vibgyor Pixel Prints assists in facilitating warranty claims but is not the primary warranty provider. Equipment opened and installed is not eligible for return due to change of mind.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment mode via Zoho Payments or the respective gateway. Vibgyor Pixel Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the Customer's bank after initiation.
